First, let me start with some good news: our washing machine has been fixed and is working again!!! 🎉 I can’t say we were embracing and crying tears of joy, but it was close enough. 😂 Your prayers have helped, and I’m happy this ordeal is finally over. 🙌🏼 🧼

This week, I continued my end-of-year work run 🤪🏃and visited our delivery center in Casablanca (Marocco). Fortunately, I could enjoy unusually warm weather of 25°C (77°F) in December while observing the palm trees and waves crashing at the beach. 🌴☀️🌊 During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting our team there, who were highly motivated, energetic, and fun to spend time with (→ I will come back 👏✌️). As someone who travels a lot, I always make it a point to have at least one special experience in each new place that helps me grow personally. So, one morning, I decided to visit the Hassan II Mosque (the largest functioning mosque in Africa!). 🕌

For the rest of the week, I traveled to Berlin, Hamburg, and back to Berlin for work. We had team events and our Central Europe Partner meeting between work. I enjoy connecting with people, and many of my colleagues have become dear "work friends". They fuel my energy, and I enjoy spending time with them. 🫶🙏

The biggest event of the week: our youngest, Karla, celebrated her fourth birthday yesterday! We wish her all the best and hope for a bright future ahead. 🥳🎂🎁

Big names like Amazon, Walmart, Costco, and even Dollar General are entering the healthcare industry, offering affordable and accessible options to make quality care more convenient and cost-effective for everyone. For instance, Amazon Care is expanding its virtual healthcare services, providing convenient options like mental health counseling, dermatology, and 24/7 urgent care (Amazon closes $3.9B One Medical deal as it builds out healthcare strategy). Walmart is also creating its own healthcare wave, while Costco is stepping up with its own healthcare services (Costco expands healthcare footprint, teams up with Sesame to offer members $29 virtual care visits). Even Dollar General is leveraging telehealth solutions to bring healthcare to rural America. All these efforts are transforming the healthcare industry, making it accessible everywhere and revolutionizing how we think about health. It's not just a revolution; it's a health evolution with big names making quality care more convenient and cost-effective! 🏥💊🛒

The healthcare industry is changing rapidly, shifting towards more patient-centered care driven by technology. As patients visit doctors less frequently, healthcare providers focus on enhancing the patient experience to make healthcare more attractive.
